Alibaba Group - Senior Manager - Business Development - Video Content Platform

- Responsible for the introduction and construction of UC video content platform, video media cooperation and other related cooperation

- Responsible for the content expansion of UC video platform, and undertake the KPI of user development of video products in the local and content quality

- Identify value partners, and execute negotiations, landing and keeping track of collaborative projects, and maintain good customer relationships

- Analyse the local video market and Internet market conditions and trends, and participate in the development of UC video products in the local development planning and strategy.

Job Requirement :

- 5+ years or above experience in the Internet or related industry, experience in content / Video industry is preferred

- Knowledge of vernacular language tamil, telugu, kannada, malyalam (combination will be best)

- Should have sound knowledge of south India user's content taste and preference

- Strong market data collection and analysis ability, insight and understanding of market data and industry ecology, and provide planning advice and solutions.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to independently establish and maintain customer relationships with partners

- Can quickly learn the mode of operation and market demand of media companies and customers, and develop a matching expansion strategies and programs

- Working on short video product or MCN/ Agency is preferred
