- Assist the team in the due diligence on potential investment opportunities across all asset classes (PE, RE, and PC fund investments, PE and RE direct deals, co-investments, equities, etc.). - Liaise with external service providers and advisers for other required due diligence (i.e. legal, financial, technical, etc.). - Prepare presentations on due diligence findings to the IC and prepare the required memorandum for the approval of the IC. - Assist in completing the subscription process for new investments by reviewing and filling out the subscription documents. - Prepare periodic review reports to the management on the portfolio's performance. - Valuations (using different methodologies) of potential and existing portfolio companies. - Financial modeling/projections for direct investments and analysis of expected returns. - Review economic and industry reports to identify trends and assess the outlook of the economy and the sectors of interest. - Prepare quantitative analysis and evaluation reports on potential stock investments. - Keep track of and monitor the investment's cash flows. - Assist in the annual review of the Group's Asset Allocation Strategy and Investment Policy Statement. - Support other Group divisions in other strategic projects and transactions when required. Required Skills : - Quantitative and analytical analysis skills. - Detail oriented. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of financial databases (Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Preqin, Pitchbook, etc). - Strong report writing and presentation skills. - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office. - Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a team environment. Desired Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics - CFA/CAIA charter holders or candidates pursuing CFA/CAIA will be preferred. - 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, or buy/sell-side equity research. - Advanced expertise in financial modelling; experience with Python & SQL and advantage.
