Role would be responsible for managing the growth function/user acquisition function for SWOO, live video mobile platform.
Education/Background :
- Build and implement plan for user acquisition across multiple geographies (in Indian Subcontinent)
- Come up with innovative ideas, validate ideas via testing and implement them on a scale to drive growth
- Responsible for prioritizing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for respective channels, as per the success matrix/analytics
- Responsible for acquiring users across multiple channels (as needed)- online and offline
- Build and monitor comprehensive matrix to track progress on user acquisition, retention, referral etc
- Sharing insights and recommendations with product teams, based on user feedback
- Working with external agencies, to roll out and manage campaigns
Background / Experience
- 3-7 years experience in growth marketing/growth hacking
- Experiences in App Store Marketing, Social Media Management, Campaign Management
- Extensive experience in branding and marketing of mobile apps and web apps
- Strategic thinking and data-driven
- Post Graduate / MBA from premier institute
