Business Consultant Job Description:

The business consultant will provide an analysis of the existing practices of the product and give recommendations for improvements. They will be required to help the product to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. They will use their business skills to provide advice to develop on the area the product is lacking.

They will be in charge with the approach, structure, management and operations of a company. Their role is to identify options for the organization and suggest recommendations, as well as advising on additional resources to implement solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research; understand customer needs, do need-gap analysis, and help improve the product from technology and design stand point.

- Work with cross functional teams to get these products get off the ground

- Define ad track product success metrics

- Help develop business model and route to market

- Scouting for strategic partnerships

- Build business models financial forecasts

- Creating presentations (business case / project progress / research papers) to be presented to senior management..

Requirements:

- MBA required.

- 5+ years of experience in the IT sector

- 5+ year's experience in business consulting.

- Strong Problem solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communications.

- Time management skills.
