The candidate will need to be at the client's location for 2-3 weeks for requirement gathering.&nbsp; - Expected to spend another 2-3 weeks or maybe more than a month during UAT and user training. Should be willing to travel and staying at places(Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai/Pune or any other place) as and when required. Experience : 3 - 10 years of overall experience with minimum 1 year as RPA(preferably) Business Analyst including project management. - Experience in working from client's premises and good at stakeholder management. - Good process and delivery management experience. Skillset: - Experience driving activities like business process discovery, process re-engineering, functional design and designing target solution including RPA concepts. - Functional understanding of relevant business processes. - Experience in conceptualizing and delivering solutions leveraging one of the RPA tools: Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism or UiPath. - Ability to create a detailed business case, ROI (return on investment), Statement of Work (SoW), Process maps, functional design documents for automation projects. - Should have worked with business stakeholders (Process SMEs, Senior Business Analysts). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Financial acumen to design business case/proposal/ROI for automation.
