ROLE OVERVIEW:


- A seasoned professional who will play a pivotal role in spearheading global Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of revenue operations and sales processes.


BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Process Discipline: Implement and maintain processes to ensure system hygiene, accuracy, and consistency in revenue data across the organization.


- Pipeline & Renewal Tracking: Maintain and update pipeline trackers for New Sales, Upsell, Cross-Sell, Renewals, and other revenue-related metrics.


- Financial Forecasting: Calculate and maintain metrics such as Annual Contract Value (ACV), Revenue Forecasting, Region Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Product NRR.


- Data Reconciliation: Reconcile data between contracts, Earned Value (EV), P&L by services / product, billing, and revenue to ensure accuracy and consistency.


- Data Validation: Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Pre Sales, and other teams involved in opportunity management to ensure accurate and timely data entry.


- Commission Plan & Dispute Resolution: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of commission plans to resolve disputes, calculate commission splits, and ensure fairness and accuracy. Act as the primary point of contact for handling disputes and clarifications related to commission allocations and be firm in resolving disputes amicably and in accordance with commission plans.


- Management Insights: Generate various reports related to revenue operations, sales performance, and key metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.


QUALIFICATIONS:


- A minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant experience in Revenue Operations, ideally within a Private Equity firm or B2B SaaS company, with a total professional experience of up to 7 years.


- Strong business & financial acumen, understanding of marketing, sales, customer success methodologies and processes in the SaaS industry.


- Ability to deliver accurate and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders.


- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity


- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders across geographies is a key requirement


- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment


- MBA/advanced degree, preferred in Finance.


- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and revenue-related software and tools
