The Ikigai Lab is looking for experienced lead data Science trainers to join as Part-time faculty.T he Ikigai Lab was found with the mission of getting Artificial Intelligence & Data Science into the real world. More specifically into our part of the world - India.

About Position:

The mission of the Data Science Trainer is to design and deliver training programs in Data Science.

You will be Responsible for-

- Work closely with industry experts to develop new courses around Data science applications and concepts

- Provide additional support as and when required for all Stockbay students

- Work closely with student support and operation teams in planning and executing a course.

- Evaluate new faculty for both teaching aptitude and content development

- Course Co-ordination - Be responsible for the course in terms of content development and day-to-day operations

- Work closely with other faculty and industry experts to develop question banks and case studies for use in teaching and assessments

- Continuously improve on teaching methodology to suit the online/offline model to lead to high student satisfaction

- Manage evaluations and assignments

- Teaching - Teach multiple classes for Stockboy related to Data science

- Take up workshops and corporate training on existing and new big data trends and technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

- Engineering degree or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Experience: 2-5years of experience in data science and L&D

- Strong Analytical and statistical skills

- Well versed with R, SQL, knowledge of SAS and tableau an additional plus

- Prior teaching experience is desirable, but not necessary

- Very strong oral and written communication skills, and an aptitude for teaching

- Well versed in ML and deep learning concepts like SVM, random forest, bagging, boosting, ANN, CNN, non-linear Regression etc.

- Self-motivated individual who is passionate about their work and whose expertise can help us make an impact in the e-learning sector

- Willing to travel to different metro cities (locations mentioned in the job post) for the training purpose
