- Experience of working on C or C++  - Strong knowledge of Linux  - In-depth understanding of Shared memory, Synchronization techniques, I/O Completion, Memory allocation / Mapped Memory and Multi core utilization.  - Experience with development environments (Linux) and debuggers  - Experience with source control systems (Subversion)  - Experience in building high quality and high performance systems.  - Should have working knowledge on Market Data processing and dissemination / Feed Handlers, Order Management and Risk Management  - Past Experience of working on Low Latency Platform, Messaging Solutions and In-memory database / In Memory Structures would be an added advantage  - The candidate should have Strong analytical and problem solving skills  - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline,  Operating System: Linux  Language/Platform: C++  Databases: In memory database / Structure  Domain: Financial domain (preferable)  - Strong OOPS concepts  - Strong system level (socket programming, multithreading, etc) programming knowledge on linux.  - Good analytical skills to debug complex issues using various tools on linux  Brief Project/Task description: To develop a trading platform for Algorithmic Trading using Cutting edge technologies to achieve low latency and High throughput.
