Alfa Laval - Manager - Global IT Delivery Center

Strategic

- Lead strategy formulation with global business stakeholders

- Manage communication / collaboration with global stakeholders in IT and the Business.

- Full responsibility for budget and financial performance of the Global IT Delivery Center.

- Develop new ideas and areas for future offerings with the mission to develop the Global IT Delivery Center

- Will be a member of the Global IT Operations management team.

- Drive cost optimization in deliveries in close collaboration with suppliers and global sourcing team

Operational

- Overall accountable for the quality of delivery from the Global IT Delivery Center

- Together with operational managers grow and develop a team delivering world class IT

- People management - lead, motivate and develop staff and its competence. Recruitment and staff retention.

- Manage vendor relationships, agreements and performance

- Leverage people as extended (virtual) part of the global teams

- Create and implement processes, continuous improvement of service delivery.

- Excellent communication skills in the English language, both oral and written.

- Knowledge of Hindi and other local Indian languages will be an advantage.

Personal Background :

- Business person with ability to grow the Global IT Delivery Center into future needs of Alfa Laval in IT and possibly other disciplines (HR, Finance etc.)

- Demonstrated international experience, preferably in managing delivery of services.

- Documented management experience from the IT-industry, Shared Service function or similar will be an advantage

- Able to work in a multicultural environment and prepared to travel abroad.

- You hold a Masters degree in Business Management.
