Job Description :
- Work with BD / sales teams as Pre-Sales / Solutions manager for Alef products and services with Mobile Network Operator Customers
- Sales support including meeting with customer, solution design, preparing solution and technical proposals, making solution presentations.
- Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer Business & Technology goals, objectives, needs, and deployed systems
- Work with internal leadership team to drive innovation across service platforms and create new revenue bearing premium services
- Work closely with customer's Network, Planning, Project, Network, Information technology teams for helping deploy Alef solution
- Work with Alef product teams for defining product roadmaps, market requirements definition, technical development specifications
Position Requirements :
- Customer facing experience in a Service Design role including presales, Managed Service frameworks, financials and contracts expertise
- Good working knowledge on LTE, VEPC, PACO & Lawful interceptions
- Good knowledge of mobile network providers, NFV, SDN, VAS, OSS/BSS stacks, SDP- s, Cloud and Analytics functions
- Strong Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Cloud Technology, Data Centre, Mobility, Collaboration, Virtualisation technologies and IoT concepts with an interest in market trends
- Experience of working with an ecosystem of partners to build an overall Services solution
- Experience in creating contract documents including master agreements, adoption agreements, service levels, Statements of Work etc
- Ability to lead presales opportunities including service models, response content, financials, and identifying and mitigating deal risks from opportunity qualification through negotiation
- Experience working on deals in the range of $200k to $5mil with multiple technology and service layers
- Support strong qualification of opportunities, managing sales and customer expectations about what we can deliver
- Expertise on service cost models and creating innovative solutions to drive competitive advantage
- Support producing new content including design documents, proposals and presales slide materials
- Comfortable delivering solution presentations to customers
