Working on a diverse range of corporate cases including due diligence and corporate fraud.  Analyzing research findings, drawing potential risk implications.  Preparing analytical reports to address client's customized needs.  Researching and gathering various data and information through databases, internet and public domain.  Supporting Case Managers in terms of diligent research and reports.  Verifying credibility of information from sources.  Working closely with team members.   Qualifications:  Master's degree and above in the fields of Finance, International Relations, Journalism, Business.  Experience of working outside India or 5+ years in corporate research in India.  High level of communication in both writing and speaking in English.  Proven ability to perform research, including desktop sources from secondary sources.  Strong understanding and interest of Indian business, Indian corporate laws, M&A.  Candidates should be intellectually curious and willing to think out-of the-box.  Full-time staff are provided a high remuneration and benefits package with bonus, meal, transport, mobile technology, medical and life insurance schemes.
