Position Overview:

As the Player/Coach Manager of Solutions Consulting at ProcessMaker, you will assume a dual role, combining your expertise as a player in the solutions consulting field with your leadership skills as a coach. This distinctive position places you at the forefront of our mission to deliver innovative Business Process Automation (BPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions to customers around the world. Drawing upon your industry knowledge and cultural sensitivity, you will guide and inspire your team to excel while ensuring ProcessMaker remains the preferred choice for businesses seeking tailored solutions. Your hands-on approach and leadership will be instrumental in driving effective business outcomes, expanding your team over time, and establishing a technical demo engineering function to support international sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Player Role:

- As a ProcessMaker SME for BPA and IDP solutions, demonstrate your expertise as a seasoned professional to offer practical and impactful solutions to real-world business issues.

- Identify and analyze customer pain points, business problems, and their implications.

- Align customer business challenges with existing ProcessMaker capabilities, highlighting the platform's potential to address unique needs across the region.

- Develop innovative solutions using the ProcessMaker platform for scenarios extending beyond existing templates, while respecting local nuances.

- Deliver highly engaging and customized demonstrations that effectively communicate how ProcessMaker can solve customer-specific problems.

- Configure basic and complex processes utilizing the ProcessMaker platform, showcasing your technical prowess.

Coach Role:

- Establish and lead a high-performing solutions consulting team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

- Mentor and guide team members to excel in their roles, leveraging your experience to enhance their skill sets and professional development.

- Act as a bridge between the team and leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

Oversee team performance, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance assessments.

- Strategically expand your team over time to meet the growing demands of the Asia Pacific market.

- Technical Demo Engineering Role:

- Build and lead a technical demo engineering function responsible for creating impactful and dynamic product demonstrations to support global sales efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and design technical demos that effectively showcase ProcessMaker's capabilities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative demo techniques, integrating them into the demo engineering process.

- Develop and maintain a library of reusable demo assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all demos.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the solutions consulting team as a whole, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Essential Functions:

- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and SME within the ProcessMaker sales cycle, demonstrating your hands-on involvement in customer engagements.

- Execute compelling demonstrations that captivate customer interest and foster engagement, while considering local language preferences and cultural nuances.

- Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights that shape the ProcessMaker product roadmap in alignment with market needs in the Asia Pacific region.

- Facilitate fluent discussions around business processes, simplifying communication on intricate topics such as integration, business process automation, intelligent document processing, and data mining, while relating them to regional business environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering.

- Required experience with Business Process Automation and/or Intelligent Document Processing software.

- Fluent in English.

- Technical Background.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with the 'Demo 2 Win' or 'Great Demo!' methodologies.

- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and JQuery.

- Database expertise in MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
