Career Opportunity Description:

This position is a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for the eHealth business in India. Including but not limited to all the existing and future Engineering, IT, Operations, and Support Teams along with accountability for managing overall cost, efficiency, continuous improvement, achievement of all schedules, plans, forecasts, and commitment for the India business.

The person chosen for this role will be responsible for ensuring the organization models eH's mission, vision, and values.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

a) Works closely with US leaders / stakeholders to devise a strategic roadmap (in alignment with eHT's overall operational strategy) and implements the same to ensure a robust culture of excellence for sustained and long-term business benefits.

b) Ensures alignment with corporate and business expectations on cost utilization.

c) Works seamlessly with Leadership team to identify strategic projects with close collaboration with Corporate HQ, to be transitioned to India Team

d) Exhibits a sense of urgency and champions change

2. Models and champions the mission, vision, and values of the company.

3. Manages on a matrix relationship all India based employees, including HR, Finance, Operations, IT Support, Engineering, Regulatory, Security, and Privacy, Marketing, and Sales Support.

4. Ensures alignment between domestic and global teams with active and routine communication to all stakeholders.

5. Effectively leads Conflict Management.

6. Ensures that all staff follow company policy and procedures.

7. Recruits and retains the very best talent for all required positions consistent with agreed upon job descriptions and requirements.

8. Build teams and support functions in line with expansion plans of the organization

9. Enables an appropriate succession planning methodology for India's Senior Leadership and Front-Line Managers

10. Monitory performance and related issues to make sure staff are working per required objectives and plans.

11. Provides recommendations and helps drive a market competitive performance-based compensation model for eH

India.

12. In collaboration with eH global leaders, drives company retention plans and actively manages a team environment to accomplish this goal.

13. Synthesize and respond to monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress, development, and continuous improvement

14. Work toward Brand building of eH India and cultural inculcation in the teams in-line with our core values

15. Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained

16. Recruits and retains the very best talent for all required positions consistent with agreed upon job descriptions and requirements.

17. Mentor and motivate teams and leaders to achieve productivity and engagement objectives.

18. Monitory and develop performance measures and take action where warranted to improve quality, efficiency and reliability.

19. Ensure the eH India organization achieves and maintains SOC-ll and HITRUST certifications

20. Contribute and commit to the overall global success of our company

Information Privacy and Security

To safeguard the information privacy and security of all covered information Employee shall also be responsible for:

1. Following eH Technologies- information privacy and security policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, appendices, attachments, etc.

2. Accessing, using, and disclosing only the minimum necessary covered information that is needed for job responsibilities, or otherwise allowed by law.

3. Safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of covered information at all times, whether or not on duty.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1. Advanced degree preferred, Masters, MBA strongly preferred

2. 15 years or more experience in Operations management and/or Information Technology for a US based Healthcare organization

3. Knowledge of and experience with the US healthcare structure and network structure

4. Background and experience successfully working across international boundaries in general and with the US specifically.

5. Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills

6. Preferably Six Sigma qualified (Green or Black belt)

7. Excellent attention to detail, highly developed organizational and computer skills, strong English language written and verbal communication proficiency and engaging interpersonal skills.

8. Requires ability to prioritize and complete multiple detailed tasks on schedule and accurately.

9. Reputation and work style that exemplifies honesty and integrity.

10. Demonstrated leadership and team cooperation.

11. Must be experienced and comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to deal well with change and ambiguity.
