We have an opening for TSE - Pharma for Coimbatore and Chennai location.

Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job) :

- Launch the Pharmaceuticals products and achieve the annual and long term sales market share objectives of the pharmaceutical ophthalmic line in the market under his/ her responsibility within an assigned expense budget.

- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly Sales Plan, implementation of the Marketing Plan for the pharmaceutical line and supporting objectives and programs related to Sales, such as coverage, targeting, distribution, scientific and promotional events.

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved ) :

- Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding organizational Values at all times

- Achieve the set Sales targets of the assigned territory/ Brands.

- Collect payments within the credit norms specified.

- Implement an adequate sales and promotional strategy that increases Alcon market share in Units and values in the market in synergism with Marketing the other business and support units of the company within the assigned geographical market.

- Attainment of Sales volume / mix objectives and improvement of sales mix.

- Feed back to the Area Manager and Brand Manager on market and competition activities.

- Implementation of promotional and sales call frequency based on efficiency tools to maximize the impact of the sales calls (i.e. Customer ABC analysis, territory administration, routing, etc.)

- Adequate coverage of distribution channels that permit the optimization of the promotional activities impact with the physicians. Sound management of distribution Channels and Policies.

- Efficient, timely and accurate reporting of Sales activities, results, opportunities & threats to Area Manager. Monitor, control and ensure receivables in line with the company policies.

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level) :

- Education University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or Science or equivalent

- University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or Science or equivalent

Experience requirement : 1 to 3 years Prior experience of being a medical sales rep. Executive with relevant ophthalmic area experience, candidates with more than 3 years of experience would not be considered for this role.

Salary Range: 5-7 LPA
