Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring implementation of sales plan and achievement of targets as per set objectives in territory/area assigned.
- Take care of Primary and Secondary sales
- Coordinate with distributor agent network for smooth functioning and report on any deviations from agreed norms
- Take care of Distributors Payment details
- Coordinating Ware house for Distributors Stock forwarding.
- Giving new product training for Distributor sales team
- Efficient execution of marketing programs and analyzing that these effectively contribute to sales numbers for assigned territories.
- Facilitating any consumer concerns, damaged products return etc.in liaison with TSM/ZSM.
- Provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame
- Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).
Salary Range : 8-10 LPA
