We have an opening at an Assistant Manager level.

- The role reports in to the Business Head, will have one subordinate, and will need to work with multiple stakeholders at India and global level.

- The role will be based out of Bangalore, and will require travel as part of the job.

- Ideal candidate will have an MBA in Finance from Tier II or Tier III MBA colleges/ Degree in Commerce with experience in budgeting, maintaining reports and marketing activities.

Job Description :

- Coordinate Phaco Development Programs for Area Manager, West Asia and designated departmental staff within assigned program areas to support the accomplishment of program objectives.

- Assist in developing, coordinating and advising staff on program policy and procedures to ensure timely and effective execution of the department's daily activities, special programs and follow-up reporting tools.

- Primary budget coordinator for Area Manager-West Asia with Finance Department which includes preparation of Strategy Plan, budget, forecasting and planning in coordination with Asia regional Supervisor

- Assist with planning, coordinating and administering programs for patient education and departmental promotional activities. Such as; Quarterly Newsletter.

- Coordinate and assist in department training for employees in proper intra-departmental administrative procedures to ensure correctness of work, Coordinate; bi-annual skill development programs.

- Continue to refine and implement reporting procedures for pre and post training course trainee documentation, inventory requests and reporting etc.
