- Execute HR strategies, which support Business goals.
- Adjust HR execution plans, as needed, to respond to changing business requirements.

- Diagnostics
- Competency Mapping
- Clearly defining Roles
- Establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control defined
- Process (efficient and effective).
- Support the execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy, for the business which covers
- TM Process Implementation and flawless execution.
- Talent Mapping (Internal and External).
- Career discussions and Development planning with Line Manager.
- Strategic Recruitment.
- Workforce planning and Talent roadmap.
- Succession management (build, buy, borrow & bind)
- Support Business Leaders on the Performance Management program and annual compensation cycle, to ensure decisions are consistent with talent strategies.
- Employee Relation: Be an employee champion, adhere to Labour relations / law if any through the support of HR Business Excellence.
- Change Management: Be Methodology expert, facilitator, leader and be a champion. Be able to drive changes with ease and less impact on business.
- Organization Culture: Be the gatekeeper - hold the organization accountable to sustain its culture through people. Employee engagement, Maintain and sustain high performance culture, Team Effectiveness, Total Reward (including recognition and retention).
- Risk Management and Governance. Adherence to Company level controls in the area of HR.
- Coordinate the analysis and publication of relevant HR metrics to communicate to Business Leaders.
- Overall should facilitate to attract, develop and retain the Human Resource talent for the business responsible.
