Major Accountabilities :   - Assist the Brand Managers in all support activities in the execution of brand marketing strategy. This will include activities that span market research assistance to organizing for distribution of literature, or helping to organize an event.   - Be the Audit Lead for all internal and external audits of Marketing documents and processes  - Track, monitor and analyze Marketing Promo budget  - Manage all end to end marketing activities including documentation as per audit and compliance guidelines and manage team of coordinators towards  - Archiving   - o Sample testing of the documentation  - Publish Monthly Dashboards of Various Activities and Events   - Single point contact for all Compliance Requirements  - Provide required reports to FRA, R2R and address Queries  - Utilization Monitoring Tracking for Procured Material  - Lead marketing coordination support team for demo, events, samples, Healthcare Professional engagements, conferences and similar events   - Procurement of marketing materials and liaising with the procurement team to raise the PO as per the policies.  - Process all LPA/Vendor payments received from field and liaise with financ- team to get payments released.  - Maintain and Track the inventory of marketing material (sales aid, patient education materials etc) and ensure timely supply to the field sales staff.  - Demo equipment monitoring and reconciliation  - Marketing communication on various marketing activities to the field & coordinating with them to get their confirmations and liaise with the travel desk and vendors.  - Process enhancements, SOP Revisions and enhancements in coordination of cross functions   - Managing logistics for Alcon participation in various internal & external meetings.  - Organize meetings/webcast etc based on the requirements of Marketing manager/Brand managers  - Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative.  - Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs for self and team
