Assistant Manager - Talent Management (XL, TISS, SIBM Pune)

We have an opening for AM - Talent Management (for India site) based out of Bangalore location.

Ideal Background would be MBA from Tier 1 B School (TISS, XL, SIBM Pune) Or MBA from other colleges with HRBP/TMOD experience of at least 4+ years. Salary will be best in the industry.

Job Purpose :

This position is responsible for:

- Driving the India TM strategy along with Manager Talent Management, India & South East Asia

- Lead & Drive multiple Talent Management intervention end to end.

- Provide support to HRBP's on all TM related activities.

Major Accountabilities :

Talent Management :

- Performance Management & Development Plan

- Process owner, Educate/ process overview to HR Team & Business leaders

- Manage PMP calendar, road show calendar and follow timelines

- Drive metrics for objective setting/mid-year & year-end review

- Thorough understanding of Alcon Development plan methodology - TMS and Learning model (70-20-10)

- Drive metrics for Development Plan

- Draft all communication related to PMP & Development plan process

- Manage PIP process at India level

Engagement Survey & Action Planning, Process related surveys :

- Program manager for engagement related surveys - internal & external.

- Draft communication for all related activities

- Conduct roadshows for employees & HRBP's for providing detailed understanding of each survey.

- Analyze survey reports & drive action plan approach & strategy

- Tracking of Action planning & reporting back to all stakeholders

- Coordinating with HRBP's to drive to participation for all the surveys

- Roll out & analyze all process related surveys (PMP, Development Plan etc)

Learning & Development :

- Manage training calendar for Alcon India

- Manage training nominations for Regional training

- Vendor evaluation & selection

- Managing training budget for India specific trainings

- Manage logistics for all training programs

- Draft Communication for all training related activities

- Training Need analysis on periodic basis and updating training calendar accordingly

- Track attendance & manage tracker of trainings attended by all employees

- Analyze course feedback and recommend suggested actions

Analytics :

- Generation of reports - TM Analytics as required for talent management interventions such performance management, training & development

- Extend basic administrative Support to Talent Management initiatives including but not limited to maintaining meeting tracker with Associate & Manager / people related activities.

- Prepare Quotations, ensure timely vendor payment by liaising with finance

Manage all Internal communications :

Operational Excellence :

- Drive India TM strategy with rigor

- Proactive in reaching out to stakeholders and identifying/addressing issues

- Accuracy of the reports and analysis.

- Closure of actions as per the agreed timelines.

People, Capabilities & Management :

- Effective and proactive communicator.

- Gathers information from multiple stakeholders to accomplish tasks.
