The Alchemists Ark is looking for a Team Lead - Sales Consulting + Training (Post-MBA Sales/ Sales Consulting Experience of 48+ months) (non-IT, non-Banking, non-Insurance) Your Responsibility : You will lead Client and Internal Projects end-to-end supported by a team of Consultants. These would be about : (a) Ideas and Insights for Marketers (b) Sales and Distribution Simplification (through&nbsp; Customer Policy, Developing Processes, Ways of Working, Improving Effectiveness of the Sales Team) (c) Sales Training Programs delivery You will strive for client-success and will integrate with the client-side for Win + Win arrangements. You will report to and work in close proximity with the Director (Consulting + Learning). You will closely work (take help and provide help) with other Team Leaders What you will do on External Projects with Clients / Prospects: - Customer Acquisition: Understand Client Requirements, Do Costing, Write Proposals, Pursue Closure - Secondary Research + Project Initiation: Analyse Secondary Data and Client Data to get Insights - Primary Research: Do Field Research (Observational Research), Field-Accompaniment and Interviews for Insights - Solution Development: Lead Brainstorming Sessions to arrive at Breakthrough, Radically Simple Solutions - Output Delivery: Make Reports/ Presentations, Training film, Training PPT etc. - Implementation Support: Training Programs, Drive Implementation for Results What you could do on Internal Projects within the Company : - Process Improvement : Review + Improve internal processes continuously to improve team productivity - Mentor + Coach Team Members: Lead, Supervise, Coach and Mentor your team of Consultants/Management Trainees/Graduate Trainees - Report : Prepare Monthly Progress Report - Recruit : Hire candidates for your team What Knowledge, Attitude, Skills &amp; Habits (KASH) are expected from you : 1. Knowledge : - Hands-on knowledge of Sales and Distribution - Business acumen - What a smart MBA must know on Marketing 2. Have min. 48 months of Sales Consulting OR Sales Experience 4. Are proficient in English &amp; Hindi/ Marathi. (Communication in a South Indian Language will be an Added Advantage) 5. Have directly studied or worked in Pune, and are keen to live &amp; work in Pune (Pune Resident preferred) 6. Have managed a team of 4 - 5 members Salary offered (CTC) : INR 11 LPA (10 Fixed + 1 Variable)
