Projects:
Projects will be assignments which Simplify Sales and Distribution
(Observational Research, Developing Processes, Policies, Ways of Working, Improving Effectiveness of the Sales Team, Conducting Training Programs etc.)
You will be a part of Project Delivery Teams, & will work with other Consultants / TL on:
- Customer Acquisition: Understand client requirements, study industry data
- Project Initiation: Analyse Data
- Field Research: To get insights
- Solution Development
- Output Delivery: Reports/ Presentations, Training film, etc.
- Implementation support: Drive implementation for results
Skills/Competencies/Attitude:
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Structured Thought-process
- Excellent Communication (written + verbal) & Presentation skills
- Ability & Willingness to Train
- High Curiosity. Heavily into reading books (on Management subjects)
- Excellent MS Office Skills
Preferred Profile (if you don't qualify please don't apply):
- BE + MBA (Marketing)
- Engineer with First Class (60%+) average for 8 semesters
- Consistent academic record in school (10th & 12th) (80%+)
- Must have A-grade (or equivalent) in MBA
- Very Good English & Hindi/ Marathi (Read, write, speak)
- Keen to live & work in Pune
- Added Advantage - Can speak a South Indian Language
- Work Exp. in Sales a definite advantage
- And experience with Data Analytics and Visualization Tools will be a plus
