Job description as under.  - All the compliances with Company Law Board, ROC, Reserve Bank and other authorities in relation to Companies Act, FEMA and RBI Act   - Organising AGM, EGM, board meetings and various committee meetings and preparation of agenda and minutes thereof  - Filing of Forms/Return with the MCA and RBI with respect to ARC   - Registration of mortgage charge with Central Registry  - Coordinating with credit rating agencies for rating of Security Receipt   - Creation of Trust, Demat of SRs and coordination with NSDL  - Investor/Stakeholder Relationship Management  Qualification Required: CS  Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
