Location : Delhi

Position : Asst Manager Sales / Sr Executive Sales

Educational Qualifications :

Minimum : Graduate in Science, MBA or Engineering will be Added Advantage,

Additional qualification in Packaging or Printing Degrees like IIP etc will be an added advantage

Work Experience : 3- 8 Years, Preferably from Flexible Packaging Industry

Target CTC - INR 6 - 10 Lakhs

KRA :

1. Generation of New Business and management of existing business ( 60% New - 40% existing)

2. Management of Debtors and working Capital

3. Account Management

4. Revenue Management to increase to either retain or improve margins.

5. Enhance Customer Service levels ensuring complete customer Satisfaction. Improved ratings on Customer feedback.

6. Proactively source market intelligence on competitors and customers. Source Key competitor moves, market trends, competitor pricing and other information.

7. Provide realistic and efficient forecasts

10. Manage quality complaint techno - commercially & ensure proper root cause analysis and preventive action plan for no repetition of same complaint thereby increased client satisfaction and prevent monetary loss

11. Regular Compliance on reporting as required by the in form of Visit Reports, weekly and monthly reports
