Desired Candidate Profile :

Candidate should have more than 20 years of experience in capital market and financial Sector. He/She shall take care of Strategy Planning, P&L, Stock Trading Management, New Client Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliances.

Job Description :

- Shall be responsible for handing the entire financial services vertical across India

- Deepening of HNI and Corporate Relationships for enhancing business and cross selling of other products and services of the company.

- Empanelling and handling Business Associates and sourcing business for the company

- To form / expand existing or new broker channel with result oriented management.

- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

- Vast experience in the domains of Stock Broking, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, Multi Product Distribution, Product Management

- Expertise in handling all sales & business development activities, analyzing market trends and establishing healthy & prolonged business relations with clients. Proficient in developing & streamlining systems with proven ability in enhancing operational effectiveness.

- Handling growth, development & appraisal of the Sales & Service Representatives and Branch Managers and looking after day-to-day team management activities

- Lead the team to achieve the Business and Revenue targets through Direct, In Direct & Franchisee Channels.

- Shall be responsible for Branch Sales, Revenue targets, Customer Service & Adherence to Operational procedures & processes for the entire Financial Service vertical.

- Providing investment advice and tailor making portfolios to suit the individual requirements of the clients.

- Developing a client base and offering recommendations & advice on stock and currency. Exposure in managing business operations with key focus on top line profitability.

- Representation and advisory desk for SAT, SEBI, Exchanges arbitration proceedings ad legal services.

- Supervised the inspections conducted by the regulators viz. SEBI, FMC, CDSL, NSE, MCX, NCDEX etc.

- Shall Visit all the regions, franchises and branches to get the pulse on the ground

- Assuring adherence to various quality measures/standards with maintenance of requisite documentation in compliance with the same

- Shall have good experience in handling overall functioning of processes & implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines for the Capital, Commodity and Derivative Market

- Analyzing the client's portfolio performance & profitability and rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI to increase retention levels

- Cementing healthy relationship with the clients for generating business and leading workforce towards accomplishing business goals

Personality Traits :

- Minimum 20 years experience in a senior management role ideally with both external audit and in-house financial management experience gained in a high-growth organization

- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization

- Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict< resolution skills

- Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise

- Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask

- Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers

- Self reliant, good problem solver, results oriented

- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.

- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively
