- The regional Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible to drive regional digital agenda and ensure execution of digital strategy across the South East Asia and South Asia (SESA) region.
- Lead Regional Center of Excellence in Digital marketing and Media, providing subject matter expertise to brand teams, Ecom and Insights teams
- Set the regional strategy and vision for digital marketing and digital media for Dulux Deco Paints based on regional business and marketing strategy, and consumer insights
- Develop programs, digital journeys and content strategy to help engage the consumers and category influencers across digital channels leading to influence their brand choices and conversion (Both B2C and B2B).
- Represent SA at global level on its digital needs and collaborate with global teams to develop robust pipeline for new digital initiatives and privacy governance, and on-board country marketing teams to execute digital initiatives.
- Build new streams of business in region through technology and commerce. Fast-track ecommerce in paints for B2B and B2C channels through an end-to-end buyer's journey
- Accelerate B2B Lead generation and funnel management through digital media touchpoints
- Build strong agency networks to deliver high quality digital output and ensure efficient operations across streams of work through robust governance
- Build strong partnership with tech companies to stay ahead in the digital spacec
