Org analysis & insights analyst


- This role encompasses determining optimal methods for gathering pertinent data on current and potential audiences, collecting and dissecting it to deliver insightful analyses to stakeholders throughout the organization.

- Analysts in this role scrutinize potential business challenges, formulate well-defined hypotheses, and aid in implementing viable data driven solutions. Analysts provide valuable insights to stakeholders that lead them to uncovering business growth and efficiency opportunities.

- It contributes to advancing HR Analytics by supporting and implementing data solutions. It plays a key role in developing and maintaining data architecture and governance, fostering collaboration with data partners.

Data gathering and analysis:

- Determining effective methods for gathering relevant data on current and potential audiences.

- Collecting, breaking down, and analyzing data to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

- Issue analysis and solution development:

- Analyzing and investigating potential business issues.

- Developing well-defined hypotheses and contributing to the implementation of possible solutions.

Strategic insights and growth opportunities:

- Utilizing insights to identify growth opportunities for the company, contributing to improved business revenue and competitiveness in the modern marketplace.

HR analytics development:

- Supporting and contributing to the development of HR Analytics through various data solutions.

- Assisting in developing and maintaining the architecture and governance of data. Cross-functional collaboration:

- Influencing cross-functional teams by establishing data requirements.

- Reshaping workforce analytics by connecting the ecosystem of data across the talent life cycle, both internally and externally.

Support for practice areas:

- Providing essential support for practice areas, including change management, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational design.

- Participating in organizational design and job evaluation projects.

Project management and analytical support:

- Offering project management support for various initiatives.

- Providing analytical support, ranging from administrative and hands-on to more strategic tasks.

Collaboration with data partners:

- Collaborating with data partners to enhance data-related initiatives.
