AkzoNobel - Legal Counsel

- Provide legal services to the South Asia and Pacific cluster

- Drafting and hands on negotiation of a variety of commercial and other agreements in South Asia region.

- Provide support to Senior Legal Counsel in handling disputes, M & A, Employment law & various other matters in the region.

- Monitor, communicate and act on legal developments for the assigned businesses and jurisdictions

- Implement Legal Group strategy, policies and standards

- Hire and direct outside counsel after approval
