- Graduate + PG / Masters / MBA / MSW - with HR Specialisation from an institute of repute.
- 5+ years of hands-on, post qualification, professional experience in Manufacturing/B2B (preferably multinational) environment
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), Inter-personal, HR skills - preferably in matrix set up.
- Proven Industrial Relations / Labor Management / business partnering / Site Administration & Compliance knowledge / generalist skills - including (working level) insights in core IR skills like Trade Union Engagements, Compliance.
- Local language knowledge - Read/Write/Speak - preferred.
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight):
- Support and Execute the Thane Site HR plan, supporting the Site Manager & Site HR
- Deliver high quality, full spectrum HR, IR Advisory & Compliance actions to Thane Site encompassing HR Plan, Industrial Relations & Labor Relations Management, Site Facilities Administration and Compliance activities
- Partner & Assist the Site Manager & Site HR Manager in delivering leading Site ISC performance.
- Drive Engagement & Performance Enhancement of the ambitiously growing businesses
- Facilitate development of all personnel while specially focusing on both White & blue collars.
