Commercial Manager
Main Purpose of the job is act as custodian of commercial hygiene in paints business as well as serve as business partner to the National Sales Manager, Regional Managers

Job holder responsibilities:
- Ensure commercial hygiene in the commercial operations -credit management, cheque bouncing, timely settlement of rebates/ discounts, gifts to market.
- Proactively partner with commercial team in solving any market facing issues within fastest possible time
- Share insights on revenue, discounts/ rebates, debtors, distributor ROI with relevant stakeholders & share exceptions or areas requiring attention.
- Make structured interventions to ensure controls are "in place" and "in use". Proactively review, disclose, and act on gaps (if any). Ensure rock controls are firmly embedded in process. Ensure satisfactory statutory and internal audit in the region.
- Take initiatives to deliver costs within budgets.
- Identify, provide training / opportunities, and develop capabilities of the commercial team in the regions.
