Job Responsibilities:

1) Evaluate the company's product and compare them against industry trends

2) Develop an understanding of the company's product to meet the company's current and future needs

3) Perform exploratory analysis on large volumes of data to validate/disregard hypotheses

4) Identify opportunities using insights for product/process improvement

5) Responsible for delivery of precise and accurate analyses and reports

6) Come up with various strategies to increase customer engagement and retention

7) Provide tracking metrics to analyze the impact of different strategies implemented

8) Perform QA testing of the product by designing test cases and validating them for every new product release

9) Drafting casual and quirky content for recurring communications like email, push notifications, SMS, etc.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

- Possess basic business sense and an understanding of common statistics/analytics techniques

- Proficient in Excel and SQL (experience of working in Python/R is preferable)

- Strong ownership, drive and the experience of working independently in unstructured environments
