Akshaya - Security & Vigilance Officer

Responsible for the safety & Security of the company as per the Laid down instruction of the company.

- Ensure that agreed levels of manning are maintained in the company.

- Ensure highest levels of services by conducting specialised and need based trainings regularly.

- Conduct periodic audits and surprise checks to ensure that the laid down procedures are being followed in letter & spirit.

- Periodical interaction with clients / customers to understand their grievances / suggestions and to improve our service levels accordingly.

- Keep good records and maintain proper reporting.

- Guiding & supervising the work of security personnel on duty.

- Should be aware and keep in hand all the internal and external emergency contacts.

- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, unusual occurrences and appraise the same to the HR Dept /Director.

- Any other work assigned by the superiors.

- Maintain remittance of ESI/PF for entries in ERP.

- Maintain and update master security file

- Source efficient security agencies with competitive rates.

- Maintain statutory register for all Security Agreements.

- Evaluate performance of security on manual basis and process bills accordingly.

- Conduct Medical camps.

- Check labour colony for safety and Hygiene.

- Conduct First Aid program for labour and security guards, undertake night checks on a weekly basis.

- Control pilferage /Continuation of duty/sleeping during office hours and other deviations.

- Report and investigate thefts and suitable actions.

- Conduct safety trainings for security guards frequently.
