Position Title: C&B and PMS Specialist Location: Bangalore Travel: 20% Travel PAN India basis need Qualification and Experience: Full Time M.B.A in Human Resources from a Premier Management Institute with 10+ Yrs expert in "C&B and PMS" (Design, Implement and Restructuring) COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Compensation Modelling and Compensation and Benefits Restructuring: - Developing Compensation and Rewards strategies that attract and retain talent. Performing salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness. Providing support on offer management as required. - Conducting ongoing research about emerging trends as well as best practices. Deploying sound communication strategies and measuring effectiveness by success metrics. - Differentiating pay systems for investing in the most promising areas of workforce. Conducting different surveys for the purpose of determining benefits and pay rates. - Prepares the Compensation and Benefits Budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget. Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. - Work in liaison with key stakeholders eg. Budget, Strategy and Human Resources Business Partners to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people's day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from Goal Setting, Mid-Year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and organizational performance. Insurance renewal: Manage renewal, negotiations and communication for insurance programs Finalize salary models based on consultation with internal taxation team and external counsel PMS Design & Implementation: PMS process benchmarking & design recommendations based on organization strategy & growth stage. Implementation & stabilization of PMS system Re-design & implementation of performance management and rewards strategy for different businesses. Revamp of short-term incentive and long-term incentive plans. Ensure targeted communication and capacity building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to Optimize performance and productivity. Manage and Coordinate organization -wide efforts to ensure that performance management and performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvements in line with on-going strategic imperatives.
