JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for Sales, Collections and expenses management as per budgets and for Customer Relations.
- Responsible for Sales Force, Database and Sales – Aids management.
- Responsible for Forecasting and Preparing Annual Sales Budgets and Phasing.
- Responsible for Achievement Of Sales and Collection budgets.
- Responsible for Monitoring and for reviewing monthly performance against budgets and for taking corrective actions where ever necessary.
- Responsible for establishing relationship with customers for continuous engagement.
- Responsible for Business development in new markets and for developing corporate contacts.
- To coordinate with Marketing on Activities for Lead Generation and responsible for executing the same.
- To evaluate responses from customers to Ads and various other lead generation activities.
- To evaluate follow-ups on site walk-ins for increasing Conversion Rate.
- Responsible for visiting project sites regularly and to update oneself on the progress and for ensuring that the sites are maintained well by the technical department.
- Responsible for review of customization progress with the technical department and also for communicating the same to customers at periodic intervals.
- Responsible for periodic communication to customers and Landowners on project progress.
- Responsible for Liasoning with Banks & Channel partners to enable sales and to facilitate customer requirements.
- To Respond to customer complaints on time and ensure prompt complaint reddressal process.
- Responsible for Strategic Business plan formulation and for periodic review with Top Management.
- Responsible for Ensuring Proper documentation for all activities related to the Sales Process.
