B.E(Civil) with 16 + yrs of experience in Handling multiple large projects, of which at least 5 years in residential projects

- Candidates to have complete knowledge of Quality /Time aspects of project management.

- Should have handled large residential projects of 1 million sq ft. Knowledge of direct construction required, capable of handling outsourced contractors/vendors, knowledge of all utility services.

- Capable of handling a team of engineers, coordination with Architects/other consultants.

- To co ordinate and guide the project managers to achieve the targets set on the business plan.

- To conduct weekly progress review meeting with the contractors and staffs to align the progress towards the business plan.

- Co ordinate and resolve conflicts to achieve the targets with vendors /PRWs and inter departments.
