Roles and Responsibilities: - Defining and leading the execution of the company's supply chain strategy. - Take care of adequate inventory levels for the company's operations. - To contribute to the development and execution of enterprise wise Supply Chain - Excellence strategy through Supply Chain thought leadership subject matter expertise across the end-to-end Supply Chain Processes in the areas of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory strategy, Customer service, Order to Cash Process, and network optimization to support the business Go-To-Market / Distribution strategy. - Lead the journey of Functional transformation leveraging best-in-class processes and Digital /analytical tools to deliver enterprise and functional value with the intent of planning and delivering the right job. - Lead the process of developing the Functional Digital strategy for the mid-long term, collaborating with the Supply Chain Operations Team, external advisors, and IT and business teams with a vision to become an Autonomous Supply Chain Organization Qualifications And Experience : - senior-level experience in Operations / Supply Chain - Demonstrable supply chain strategy and execution capability, thought leader, strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of supply chain operations. - Profound knowledge of SOP, Integrated Business Planning and Order to Cash, Customer service, and CRM experience. - Experience in leading and motivating a high-performance Team. Strong Project Management skills and Change Management expertise.
