Akna Medical - Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Design & develop analytic solutions with a high focus on providing data insights and business opportunity insights to guide our Product, Marketing, Sales, Operation, and Finance teams to deliver the maximum value.

- Work closely with the department leaders, and make sure all of them have access to necessary data for day-to-day operations.

- Should be able to write the optimized query to generate the complex repots.

- Mentor colleagues to build a data-driven approach.

- Recommend improvements for data quality and process efficiency.

- Knowledge of machine learning models.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst

- Familiarity with BI technologies (Metabase, Tableau, etc.)

- Strong SQL knowledge

- Industry experience in Supply chain is a plus.

- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- A growth mindset and passionate about building things from the ground up and most importantly

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.

- Flexible and enthusiastic to go beyond the given instructions to create business value.
