AKMV Consultants - Manager - Sales & Marketing

Objectives Of This Role :

SALES & MARKETING :

- Achieving sales forecasting.

- Identifying prospective customers.

- Sales pipeline generation and data bank with the database.

- Negotiation and follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Connect with existing clients of security & facility manpower services to identify and follow up on potential marketing opportunities.

- Selecting and deploying contract start team and ensuring 100% deployment at the client's site.

- Independently handle sales and put in own efforts to ensure new sales/business development targets are met.

- Experience with creating a marketing plan, Marketing strategy and marketing campaign.

- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.

- Experience marketing executive or similar role in particular industries.

- Familiar with social media

- Excellent communication and people skills.
