Position Details :

3. Experience- 9 to 12 years of Experience in Digital Marketing with specialization in BFSI sector

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for driving online account acquisitions for Retail clients.

2. Keeping a tap on all the marketing channels like Google, Facebook, Emails, SEO, Affiliate Channel in terms of ROI and scale.

3. Lead digital marketing activities to generate: Brand awareness, Leads, Customer Engagement & Retention.

4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

5. Own the digital marketing P&L for the online business, including budget planning/allocation, campaign performance & customer acquisition cost.

6. Heading a Pre-sales team to qualify and assign leads to RM Channel across pan India.

7. Identify Design & Execute deals with strategic partner, agencies & affiliates.

8. Design and execute activation and engagement campaigns across the user funnel via multiple channels including push notification, email marketing and SMS.

9. Coordinating with the Ad Agency, Publishers and Ad networks for Campaign Development and Executions with the objective to optimize Cost per Client Acquisitions.

Essential Skills :

1. Analytical bent of mind. Able to draw relevant business insights from multiple sources and clarity in purpose

2. Must-Have - Crossed entire journey of SEO, E-Com market place marketing, CRM, Brand and Performance campaigns
