Sr. Manager Planning and Analytics
1. Reporting suits & Analytics - Periodic reporting of Operational data & Revenue details across various verticals of Commercial team.
2. Automate reports for ease of access and enhance revenues across Sales, RM and Cargo
3. Charter evaluation and follow up with all operational departments
4. Monthly review of Cost, Revenues and KPIs vs Budgets / targets
5. Preparing Commercial Budgets - Revenues for the company and Commercial expenses, capex, headcount, and Projects for coming financial year
6. Liaising with Marketing/E-Commerce for Marketing / Promo calendar
7. Route evaluation - including interactions with Network/RM/Sales/Cargo
8. Drive International operations project / Short term projects
9. Monthly DGCA reporting and validation of numbers
Skills & Specification:
- Knowledge on how network planning, sales, cargo, and other commercial departments work.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and programming language with data science capabilities
- Expertise of using advance BI tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and define key performance metrics to measure benefits and communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
- Strong, demonstrated problem solving skills involving both business problems and people interactions
Qualification & Experience:
- 7+ Experienced in Business strategy, Planning & optimization and Analytics
- MBA/Postgraduate
