Manager - Digital Self Services Summary: The Self-Services Manager will manage all the digital experiences in Post Booking space at Akasa Air. The role will focus on innovative customer self service across all online, mobile and on-site peripherals. This role will be responsible to drive all the self-service eCommerce services. Responsibilities: 1. Key focus will be on digital self service projects such as Manage Booking and Web check-in by working together with internal stakeholders (Business & IT teams) and external partners/vendors. 2. This role is tasked with the implementation of key projects under self-service strategy and uptake targets for the company. 3. Creating scope document to provide better understanding of the flow / navigation of web/app 4. Web portal management for self service projects - including UI/UX, BRD, Test cases, UAT, managing vendors and internal stakeholders 5. Problem solving approach - able to adopt to various scenarios with respect to the aviation sector 6. Primary objective would be to ensure delivery and improve customer engagement through digitization of processes and services. 7. The role is responsible for delivery of users and/or customer registration, platform usage, engagement rates and corresponding ROI metrics. 8. To work closely with the eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Experience and Service/Operational teams to reduce manual processes. 9. Benchmarking various aspects of self-services with industry (both aviation and non-aviation) 10. Must have good experience with data analytics, creating and updating dashboards 11. Driving customers to use self-service by understanding how our customers think and behave and how to then engage them better. 12. Drives testing and acceptance of project results.
