Akasa Air - Assistant Manager/Manager - Internal Auditor

Responsible for overall Internal Audit function including:

- Building the internal audit function for the company through leveraging & working together with external firms in the initial years.

- Reviewing and driving internal financial control framework for the Company and ensuring compliances to policy guidelines.

- Periodic review of internal processes, policy and guidelines and driving continuous improvements to ensure a future fit sustainable operation for the company

- Ensuring updated SOPs, RCMs of various departments.

- Driving timely closing of Internal audit including coordinating and closure of audit observations from various departments of the company.

- Presenting the internal audit report & observation to Audit Committee

- Automation in internal audit for analysis and effective audit.

- Take up specific area projects as required by audit committee or management.

- Any other responsibility assigned from time to time

Qualification & Experience:

- Over 8-10 years' experience of internal audit function

- Working experience internal audit function of reputed corporate / firm

- Knowledge of internal audit methods & various internal audit tools

- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for management
