A.K. Capital Services - AIF Accounts Role - CA

Job Profile: Candidate will be primarily responsible for

1. Accounting, Taxation and preparation of financials of the AIF

2. Assisting in compliances related to Audit and MIS of Fund to investors

3. Making capital calls to investors as per the AIF investment schedule and periodic reporting.

4. Distribution of income into various stakeholders as per PPM & SEBI regulations

5. Investment of short surplus fund of AIF into mutual funds & other investments with closure of matured

investments Distribution or re-invest the funds as per PPM of AIF

6. Furnishing information required for compliances related to SEBI, Audit, and MIS of Fund to investors

Competency:

1. AIF Accounting domain and Direct Corporate Taxation knowledge

2. TDS Filing, hands on experience of Tally and keenness to learn

3. Good communication & interpersonal skill

4. Aggressive/"Go - Getter attitude"

5. Detail oriented, precise, organised and able to work independently and manage / prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Qualification: CA Final (Cleared)

Industry Preferred: Financial Services (AIF
