A.K. Capital Services - Accounting Role

Job Profile: Candidate will be primarily responsible for-

1. Accounting, Taxation and preparation of financials

2. Assisting in compliances related to Audit and MIS of Fund to investors

3. Making capital calls to investors as per the investment schedule and periodic reporting.

4. Distribution of income into various stakeholders as per PPM & SEBI regulations

5. Furnishing information required for compliances related to SEBI, Audit, and MIS of Fund to investors

Competency:

1. Accounting domain and Direct Corporate Taxation knowledge

2. TDS Filing, hands on experience of Tally and keenness to learn

3. Good communication & interpersonal skill

4. Aggressive/"Go - Getter attitude"

5. Detail oriented, precise, organized and able to work independently and manage / prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
