Who are we looking for:

- One who has extensive experience hiring technical and non-technical force.

- An HR professional who has overseen the entire end to end recruitment process.

Top 2 Daily Tasks:

- Hiring.

- Day to day HR operations.

Minimum work experience is required:

- 4+ years of work experience.

Top 5 Skills you should possess:

- Proactive, organized, focused, conscious, comfortable with ambiguity with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

- Excellent communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.

- Entrepreneurial by nature, know how to lead with passion and empathy and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Ability to work in a low supervision but high ownership environment.

- Should be able to update daily task on the Task Management platform.

What would you be expected to do:

- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

- To build talent acquisition models and sourcing strategies that serve the company's resource needs adequately & build a great team.

- To lead initiatives that helps create a world class team and set a work culture driven by purpose, performance, vision and fun.

- Handle confidential matters with discretion.

- An expert in the entire gamut of HR management is required.
