National Distribution Head will be responsible for establishing General trade set up for our Co-Brand GLOBAL DESI & AND crafted by AJMAL. The organization has a presence in other channels (Modern trade, E-commerce and EBOs), and is now determined to build a General trade business. - Incumbent would be responsible for setting up the entire distribution network and sales structure from Scratch (i.e Identify selection, and ongoing engagement and governance of Distributors) in a phased manner starting with Metros followed by Tier 1/2 cities. - Fully accountable for General Trade sales strategy and revenue growth of the company on a PAN India basis. Complete ownership of P&amp;L in the organization with a razor-sharp focus on increasing distribution and market share. - Responsible for setting up and executing the distribution road map Pan India. - He/she will guide the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in delivering the overall regional sales objectives, will supervise, fine-tune, monitor and execute pro-active initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the companies- policies and strategies.
