Responsibilities :

- Leading a team for developing projects for Emerging markets

- Monitor the product development as per the development schedule.

- Providing the guidance to the team for development of Stable and Bioequivalent modified release.

- Assigning duties and responsibilities to the group members and maintaining weekly / monthly performance report of the projects.

- Providing the guidance for scale up batches to the group members at production site.

- Trouble shooting in formulations as well as analytical methods.

- Implementation of various SOP's related to the R&D activities.

- Reviewing the progress of the projects handled by the team.

- Presenting the review of the projects to management by discussion or presentation.

- Active participation for providing required help to commercial, production, and marketing Departments.
