Aiwa - Group Lead - Finance

Reporting To:- MD, India Business

Responsibilities:-

- Head of Commercial role will include running the complete business group's finance/commercial matters, including timely completion of all statutory compliances, ensuring profitability parameters, reporting. Management reports, monthly quarterly, annual, profit guidelines, setting up of expense policies like travel etc. process to select vendors.

- Timely payments to suppliers and ensuring that company parameters are met with on sales collections.

- Engaging with the sales team to understand their plan and revenues thereof and to plan expenses accordingly.

- The group also maintains a an investment portfolio, all aspects of the same and coordination with the family office and wealth managers.
