Strategic Role

- Provide strategic direction and management of the Finance and Accounts function to ensure shareholder value creation.

- Responsible for the Organization's financial condition & capital structure. Evaluate investment options, determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing, taking into consideration risk and liquidity.

- Lead the Fund Raising and IPO plan of the company.

- Manage the financial risks, planning towards Fund Management and record-keeping.

- Lead the preparation of the Annual Plan and Strategic Business Plans that improve the efficiency and long term profitability of the business and ensure optimum functioning of the departments.

- Ensure the design of a robust data driven business-decision-making framework, technology driven process improvements and change initiatives that enable the budgeting, forecasting and reporting to be carried out in a consistent and effective manner.

- Drive Cost saving and revenue enhancement opportunity along with COO , Sales and other functions.

- Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures and local statutory regulations.

- Setting up system, process and controls

- Financial , Secretarial and Taxation Related Stat Compliances

- Guide, Monitor and oversee non financial compliance by HR, IT, Ops, Marketing.

Financial Operations

- Banking, Funding, Fund Raising ( Debt/ Equity),

- Hedging of Exposures ( Currency and Gold metal loan)

- Investor Relationship

- Direct and indirect Taxation

- Accounting , Monthly book closure, Quarterly and Annual Audits

- Management Reporting

- Budgeting and Budgetary Controls

- Insurance

- FA and Inventory Verification

- Asset management

- Statutory Audit

- Internal Audit
