Purpose of the Job:
- To ensure achievement of targeted net revenue & customer additions in Zone for prepaid products through sales planning and channel expansion.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities):
- Achieve Net/Gross additions in Pre Paid segment
- Achieve Net/Gross additions in Fixed Wireless Phone segments
- Drive Channel Expansion & Market Development
- Achieve Tertiary recharge revenue target
- Implement Sales Management Process
- Ensure a high Channel Satisfaction score
- Ensure adequate quality of manpower at Channel Partners end
- Airtel Prepaid Enrolment Form Compliance
- Manage scale and size of operation
- Managing multiple stake holders
Requirement:
- Good experience in Sales with managing distributor & retailer
- MBA with 2014 pass out
