Job Title : TL - Emerging Business Job Level : Manager/Senior Manager Purpose of the Job : Responsible for Sales, Revenues & Churn for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud, ACS, VCS etc), Voice (Postpaid) and Fixed Line business in the assigned region. Plans the Sales strategy in the region for revenue maximization through various channels, drives Customer Market Share and new product penetration. Ensures development of the subordinates through coaching & mentoring. Deliverables : Acquisition of new customers -achieving Gross Additions and Net Additions : - Achievement of targets across Postpaid, FL and Data product lines through set of defined KRAs across the Corporates in assigned region - New Customer Acquisition through strong relationship building & Positioning at the Corporate accounts - Making a business model to effectively reach target customers - Making a business case for obtaining best suitable product offering for the customer(s). Achieving Order booking targets : - Increasing Non-Voice penetration, Up-selling value added services to enhance revenue - Plan the quarterly targets for the team basis the AOP - Ensuring that any tariff-reduction is done only as a last resort. Achieving Revenue Market share - Increase RMS in penetrated accounts : - Consolidate our position in our existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell - Increase penetration in competition accounts across the assigned territory. Reduce customer churn to build sustainable business in the long run : - Drive customer engagement programs, coordinating with CE team to arrest churn - Interact with the partners, key account holders and innovate to drive retention - Be aware of the competition and plan proactive measures to drive the same. Major Challenges : - Co-ordination with the multiple backend factories to ensure job is completed on time - Maintaining relations with the CFTs and customers/ partners, interacting regularly to get the issue resolved with the solution - Taking faster decisions independently, also involving Sr. management whenever required - Responding to the customer mails / queries timely & delivery of products & services within the stipulated TAT Additional Information : - This person shall lead a team of 5-6 TSM's for UP East ( based out of Noida) for enterprise sales through channel partners. - He would be managing mobility, fixed line and data business; - He would be responsible for new customer acquisition, up-selling and cross-selling through existing customers; - He would manage the entire P&L of the reigon; - This role would involve travelling frequently to all areas within UP Decision level : Prime : - Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management - Channel partner appointment - Target Setting for the Circle - Business Offer / Proposals Shared : - Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis - Channel partner commission - GTM strategy development with TSG team and OEMs Contributory : - Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others - Customer experience - Pricing decision Demonstrate (Key competencies) : - Commercial Acumen - Partner & Ecosystem Management - Key Account Planning & Management - Executive Presence - Enterprise/ Carrier Product Knowledge - Team Management skills - Motivating, Coaching, Learning and Developing the off role team - Problem Solving - Selling, negotiations skills - Competition Awareness & benchmarking Educational Level Must have: - BE Preferred: - MBA or equivalent Working Experience Must have: - 8-12 years Preferred: - Telecom Sales/ Data Sales/ B2B Channel Sales in technology domain Dimensions : Impact of position on : - Gross revenue (Rs. in Mn ) - Collections within AOP - Churn retention - New account penetration - New product penetration
